GEU-Wärmetechnik supplies steam generator, either as separate single device in a vertical or horizontal design or as multipart, combined vaporizer system with an integrated primary condensate cooler, deaerator, mixing cooler for sludge and blow down water cooling and a vapor condenser.

GEU Shell-and-Tube Vaporizer System DA 7 was designed as a multipart vaporizer system for energy-saving steam generation.

Every steam generator of the GEU-Wärmetechnik is made of high-quality C-steel and CrNiMo steel. For sterile steam generation, all parts in contact with sterile steam are made of 1.4571.

All parts are designed and manufactured according to the German AD-Merkblätter (publication by the Working Group for Pressure Vessels). Preliminary testing and construction and acceptance tests are carried out in line with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC.

We supply tube bundle diameters ranging from DN 150 to DN 1200, heat transfer areas of up to approximately 1200 m² and a shell diameter of up to 2500 mm.
